Bandila Lotus Agro Association is based out of an apartment, really. We are at Flat No-104 in the Dega DRK Paradise building. It is part of the Ritwik Enclave. The pin code here is 524004. It is more of an association office than a big warehouse. We spend our time organizing the local agro work from this room. It has a few desks and a lot of files piled up in the corners. We are not a big corporation. It is just a few of us who decided to get together and handle the agro side of things for our group. Being in a residential-style building like Dega DRK Paradise makes it feel more personal. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we have meetings right there in the living area of Flat No-104. We talk about seeds, fertilizer prices, and who is buying what this month. It is not very formal. We might have some tea and talk for a couple of hours before getting anything decided. That is just the way we like to do things. It is honest and we do not have to put on a show for anyone.
