V S Estate

You can find us at Office No B 223 in the Dwarka Complex. We are specifically in Sector No 7, Palam Extention, right on the Dwarka Igi Airport Road. Being so close to the airport means we hear the planes overhead all day long. You get used to the roar of the engines after a few weeks, and now we barely notice it. The complex itself is quite large and can be a bit like a maze if you are visiting for the first time. We often have to give directions over the phone to help people find the B block. V S Estate isn't a massive operation. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas and the lighting is that typical office white. We have a small fridge for cold water and that’s about it for luxuries. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away. It’s a busy road outside, so there is always a lot of honking and movement. We have a few plants on the windowsills, but they don't get much sun. People in the neighboring offices are friendly enough. We usually say hello in the hallway or near the water cooler. It is a very practical place to be based, especially with the airport so close by. We’ve been here for several years now and it suits our daily needs perfectly.
