Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

Our office is located at 221, Heritage Towers, which is at Plot-1 in Sector-3 of Dwarka. We’ve been here in New Delhi for quite some time now, working under the name Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj. It’s a busy place to be, especially with everything that goes on in Dwarka. The office itself is just a regular workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything that looks like a corporate brochure. We spend most of our time looking at property details and talking to people about where they want to move their offices or homes. It’s a lot of technical stuff and paperwork that most people would find a bit dull, but it’s what we do every day. We have a small team here, and we all just try to get through the tasks on our lists. The tower can get a bit crowded during the day, and the elevators are sometimes slow, but we’re used to it. We don't use big mission statements or talk about being the leaders in anything. We just know the local real estate scene and help people navigate it. It’s honest work, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the city since we started. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking data, and we just keep at it until the job is done.
