Universal Construction Machinery

We are based at House No: Rz-77, over in New Roshan Pura. This is in the Najafgarh area of New Delhi. If you’ve been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s got a lot of energy and it’s always moving. Our place is near Nehru Garden, which is a nice little bit of green in the middle of everything. Universal Construction Machinery is what we go by, and we’ve been operating out of this house for some time now. It’s a mix of a home and a workspace, which is pretty common around here. We deal with construction machines and all the bits and pieces that go with them. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the local market noise, but inside we just focus on the orders. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a practical spot where we keep the records and talk to people about what machines they need for their sites. The summer heat in Delhi can be tough, but we have our fans going and we just get on with it. It’s a straightforward way to run things. No one is trying to impress anyone with big titles. We just handle the machinery business as best as we can and try to keep things organized in the office.
