Mr Road Carer

We are located at Plot F-1 in the Naraina Industrial Estate, Phase-I. It is a busy part of town, right near Loha Mandi, so there are always massive trucks and piles of metal everywhere you look. Our job is mostly about maintaining and caring for roads, which is a never-ending task in an area with this much heavy traffic. The yard is filled with bags of cold patch, drums of bitumen, and various tools for fixing potholes. It isn't a clean business. We spend our days out on the pavement, often in the heat, trying to smooth things over. The office is just a small spot where we coordinate where the crews need to go next. Naraina is a tough environment, but it's where the work is. We started doing this because we saw how quickly the local roads were falling apart under the weight of the industrial trucks. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It's just a bunch of guys who know how to handle asphalt and shovels. We usually start the day early to beat the worst of the traffic, though it doesn't always work. The noise from the nearby Mandi is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and try to fix the stretches of road that need it most.
