We are based out of Dwarka Sector 6. It’s a big residential area with a lot of blocks and apartments. Our setup is pretty basic. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a room where we keep track of which flats are available. Dwarka has grown a lot, and we’ve been here through most of it. We spend our time walking between the different societies and talking to the guards or the people living there. Sector 6 is pretty central, so it’s easy for us to get around. Sometimes we are out all day showing people around and the office stays locked. We don't use any corporate talk or have a big team. It’s just a few people who know the area well. The traffic in Dwarka can be a mess in the evenings, so we try to finish our work early. We have a lot of maps and phone numbers scribbled in notebooks. It’s a very local way of doing things. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing us around the sector. We don't promise anything crazy, we just tell people what we know about the buildings. It’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for people to make up their minds. We like the neighborhood because everything you need is close by. It’s just a simple real estate job we do every day. Dealing with flats takes time.
