Travel Smart

Travel Smart is based in Office No 45, inside Medha Apartment at Samachar Market. This is in Mayur Vihar Phase I, and if you are coming from the main road, we are right behind the Hyatt Hotel. It is a convenient little spot because the market has everything you need, but the parking situation can be a real struggle during the evenings. Our office is part of a residential-cum-commercial complex, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We have desks set up for our computers and a small area where people can sit and talk about their travel plans. We handle things like flight bookings, passport assistance, and holiday packages. It is usually just the sound of keyboards clicking and the phone ringing. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big reception desk. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing in the hallway, which adds to the local feel of the place. We have been here for a while and we like that we are tucked away behind the big hotel where it is a bit more peaceful. We spend a lot of time comparing prices on different websites to see what works for the families who visit us. It is honest work and we try to keep our paperwork as tidy as possible, even though the folders tend to pile up by the end of the month.
