We are located at Shop 131 in Yashwant Place. If you know Chanakyapuri, you know it's a busy spot with lots of shops and people walking around. Our office is small but we stay busy with people coming in to ask about flights or train journeys. It’s mostly just us sitting behind the desks with phones ringing throughout the day. We handle a lot of paperwork. Traveling today involves so many forms and bookings, so we spend time making sure the names are spelled right on every ticket. Sometimes people come in with no idea where they want to go, and we look at the maps together to figure it out. New Delhi is a huge place, but this little corner is where we do everything for our customers. We’ve been here quite some time now. The tea stall nearby keeps us going through the long afternoon rush. We aren't doing anything fancy or corporate, just booking trips and trying to make sure people get their tickets on time. Computers sometimes run slow, which is annoying when someone is waiting in front of you. We try to keep track of all the changes in travel rules across the country. It’s a lot to remember. Some days are quiet, and we just tidy up the brochures on the rack. Other days, everyone wants to go on holiday at once. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how the business works.
