It’s usually a bit messy with notes scribbled on whiteboards and empty water bottles on the desks. We don't really have a set dress code, so most of us just come in whatever is comfortable. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because the afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive art for the walls; we'd rather just have good computers and a fast connection. It’s a simple, straightforward operation where we focus on our online projects. There’s a small balcony where people go to take a breath of air when they’ve been staring at the screen for too long.
