Thelatech Services Private Limited

We are based at 407 in New Palam Vihar Phase-2 under the name Thelatech Services Private Limited. The office is on the fourth floor, so we get a pretty good view of the street below and the traffic passing by. It’s a standard workspace with a bunch of computers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Our team is small but we’ve been working together for a few years now, so we know how each other works. We handle various service-related tech jobs. It’s mostly troubleshooting and setting up systems for clients who don't want to deal with the technical side themselves. Nothing too fancy or complicated. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or big glowing signs. Most of our work happens over the phone or through remote connections anyway, so we don't get many visitors. The walk up the stairs is good exercise since the lift is often out of service or making strange noises. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on our tasks. It keeps things from getting too quiet during the long afternoons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate jargon that nobody understands. We just show up every morning and work through the list of things that need doing. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quite peaceful. We take it as it comes and just keep working through the pile.
