Our office is on the ground floor of House Number 17 in Block B-1, Phase 2 of Ashok Vihar. It’s right near the TVR Mall, which is the main landmark we tell everyone to look for. If you miss the mall, you've gone too far. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to wait for any slow elevators. It’s a pretty standard North West Delhi residential street. There are trees along the road and people walking their dogs in the morning. Inside, we have a basic setup. We’ve got our computers, a small fridge for water, and enough desks to go around. It’s not a decorated space; we mostly just have the equipment we need. Sometimes the noise from the main road near the mall drifts in, but usually, it’s quiet enough to concentrate. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us here. We usually start around nine and stay until the work is finished. For lunch, we either bring something from home or head over to the shops near the mall. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the software work that needs doing, and go home. It’s a practical environment for a small team like ours. There is a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but it is alright.
