We are located at Flat Number 202 in Mahavir Enclave, over at RZD-1/325B. It’s a busy corner of South West Delhi, right in the 110045 area. Our office is in a residential building, which makes it feel more like a home than a workplace. We’ve been helping people with properties for some time now. Mostly, it’s about finding a decent flat for someone or helping a family sell their plot so they can move elsewhere. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a shiny lobby. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of files. Mahavir Enclave is a crowded place, and we know almost every street and alley by heart. We spend a lot of time walking around showing people different places. It gets tiring, especially in the summer, but it’s the only way to really know what you are selling. We don’t make big promises. We just look at what’s available and tell you the price and the condition. Sometimes the deals fall through and sometimes they work out. That’s just the nature of real estate. We don't use any corporate talk here. We just speak the way everyone else does in the neighborhood. If you want to talk about a property, you can just come up to the second floor and find us. We are usually around during normal hours, just doing our daily work.
