SPIRITED MOTOR VEHICLES LIMITED is located on the second floor of F7, Block B1. We are in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate right off Mathura Road. This is in the South Delhi 110044 area. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding industrial estate, though it is mostly just other buildings and the busy Mathura Road traffic. The industrial estate is a hub of activity with lots of different businesses operating side by side. We have our office in Block B1 and it is a pretty functional space. We do not have any flashy showrooms or anything on this floor, it is mostly just where the administrative and desk things happen. It can get quite busy around here during the day with all the vehicles and people moving through the estate. The second floor is a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which we appreciate when we are trying to focus. We have got the standard office furniture and equipment set up in F7. It is a walk up if the lift is busy, but we do not mind it too much. Mohan Cooperative is a well-known spot in Delhi for this kind of work environment. We are just one of the many companies making use of the space here. It is a practical and straightforward enough place for our group to gather and get the daily jobs done. It is our home base for everything we do.
