Fidelity Business Services India Private Limited

We are working out of Flat 305 in the DDA Flats at Sector 5, Pocket 1. Dwarka is a big place, but this little pocket is where we have set up Fidelity Business Services India Private Limited. It is a typical apartment converted into a workspace, so it has a very lived-in feel. There are files stacked on the kitchen counters and desks squeezed into the living area. It is not the kind of place you see in movies about big businesses, but it works for us. We handle a variety of business services, mostly helping other firms with their administrative burdens. The phone rings a lot, and there is usually someone typing away in every corner of the flat. Being in a DDA apartment means we have neighbors living all around us, so we try to keep the noise down as much as possible. The elevator works most of the time, which is a blessing since we are on the third floor and nobody likes taking the stairs in the summer. We don't have a fancy lobby or a sign out front, just the flat number on the door. Most of our clients have been with us for years and they know the way. We focus on getting through the paperwork and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It is honest, hard work and we take pride in just getting it done without any extra drama or fancy talk.
