Spacetree Consultants Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 341 in the Sanskriti Apartments. We are located in Sector-19B of Dwarka, which is a fairly quiet part of New Delhi compared to the center. Running a consultancy from an apartment gives the whole thing a more personal feel, we think. It’s not a cold office building with a turnstile at the front. You just come to the D.D.A. flats and find us there. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to clients about their projects. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what’s going on with every file. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just chip away at it day by day. Dwarka Sector-19B is a good place to be, with enough green space around to keep things feeling fresh. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in India. We just want to do good work from our office in Sanskriti Apartments. Most of our furniture is just practical stuff we’ve picked up over the years. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we think that shows in how we talk to people. No corporate nonsense, just straightforward consulting advice from people who have been doing this for a long time. It’s simple and it works for the people we help.
