Sodhi Insurance Point

You can find us up on the second floor at E-246 in Naraina Vihar. It is a decent spot, though walking up and down those stairs several times every day definitely keeps us moving. At Sodhi Insurance Point, we spend our hours managing different kinds of insurance policies for the people who live around here or work in the nearby offices. The office is filled with the usual things you would expect, like computers, a printer that sometimes decides not to work, and stacks of paper that we need to organize. We get quite a few phone calls during the day from people who want to check on their policy status or are asking about a new renewal. It involves a lot of talking and making sure we explain everything in a way that makes sense. Naraina Vihar is a mix of homes and businesses, so we see all kinds of people coming through our door. We try to keep the whole atmosphere pretty relaxed and low-key. There is no corporate feeling here, just a few of us doing our jobs and trying to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the middle of the day, which gives us a chance to catch up on filing. We have been in this location long enough that we recognize most of the regular faces. It is just honest, daily work for us, making sure the forms are filled and everyone gets their insurance sorted.
