We have been up here on the third floor in Jia Sarai for a while now. It is right in the middle of the Hauz Khas Village area, so it gets pretty busy outside during the day. Most people find us because they are looking for help with their insurance papers and don't want to deal with the big companies directly. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we usually tell people to take their time. Inside, there are mostly just desks and a lot of folders stacked up. It is not a fancy place with leather chairs or anything like that. We just sit here and answer phones and try to figure out the best way to handle the forms that come in. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the old building, but we make it work. Most of us have lived around here for years, so we know the neighborhood well. You might see us grabbing tea downstairs near the gate when things get quiet in the afternoon. It is just a normal office where we do our work and try to keep things organized. If you are walking around Hauz Khas and see the sign for the third floor, that is where we stay. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just insurance brokerage and making sure the paperwork gets where it needs to go.
