Shree K K Properties

Our office, Shree K K Properties, is tucked away at 225 Dwarka Sector 12, on Plot Number 5. It’s a specific spot, and if you know Dwarka, you know how these sectors are laid out. We’ve been working out of this plot for quite a bit. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine for guests, just a few chairs and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking around Sector 12 looking at different properties. Dwarka is a big place, but we try to stick to what we know best in this immediate area. The property market here moves fast, so we have to stay on top of things. It’s not always easy keeping everything straight, especially with how the prices fluctuate. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a small local business trying to make a living. We help people find homes and sort out the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the paperwork is a total mess, but we sit down and get through it eventually. We don't use any scripted sales pitches. People come to us because they need help with a flat or a plot, and we give them the most accurate information we have at the moment. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business. We’re just here on Plot 5, doing our thing and seeing what the next day brings.
