It is a very busy part of Dwarka, and we have been here long enough that most people around here recognize us. We deal with many stiff necks and sore knees every single day. The space is set up with some therapy benches and the various machines we need for the work. It is not a huge office, just a practical place to get some work done on your muscles and joints. We see many people coming in after they finish work, often looking pretty tired. The traffic near the Dwarka More metro and the main road can be a nightmare, but once people step inside, it is a little bit quieter. We spend a lot of time showing people how to do their stretches at home. Some follow the advice and some do not, which is just how things go in this job. The floor has some scuffs from all the people coming in and out, and we try to keep things tidy between the treatment areas. It is a local clinic, and there is nothing corporate about the way we do things. We are just here to help people move a little bit better with less pain.
