If you’re looking for us, we are over at H-973 near Ramphal Chowk. Most people know the area because of Radha Ki Rasoi, which is right across from us in Dwarka Sector 7. The clinic is a straightforward place. We’ve got our mats, some weights, and the usual machines you’d expect for physiotherapy. It’s not a gym, but it definitely feels active. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time showing people how to move better or helping them get their strength back after an injury. The neighborhood is lively, and there’s always a bit of a breeze coming through the door in the evenings. We keep the music low so people can focus on their exercises. Sometimes it gets a little loud when several people are working out at once, but that's just how it goes. Our desks are usually covered in paperwork and schedules because keeping track of everyone’s progress takes a lot of notes. We don't have any fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes that let us move around. It’s a local spot where the focus is on the physical work, not on looking polished or corporate. We just open up, help our visitors, and close up when the sun goes down.
