Our setup is a bit more personal since we work out of Flat No 43 in Pocket 4 of Dwarka Sector 11. It’s a quiet residential area, which suits us just fine. We’ve been running Sehrawat Properties Pvt Ltd from here for a while now. It’s not your typical high-street office with big glass windows. Instead, it’s a place where we can actually sit down and focus on the details without all the noise of a commercial center. We spend a lot of our time going over listings and meeting folks who live right here in Dwarka. We know Sector 11 really well, especially the layout of the different pockets. When people come to see us, it’s usually because they heard about us from a neighbor. We aren't into big advertisements or flashy slogans. We just handle the property work that needs doing. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, and other times we are right here at the flat sorting out the legal side of things. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is done right. We like the community feel of Pocket 4. It’s a good place to be. We keep our hours regular, but we're flexible if someone needs to meet later. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. It’s practical, everyday work for us here in Dwarka.
