We’re right in PALAM COLONY, which is a busy part of the city. Being in a narrow lane like GALI NO.2 means things can get a bit tight when deliveries arrive or when too many people are on the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular door in a regular building. Inside, it’s where we do all our sorting and paperwork. We’ve been in Delhi for quite some time now. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or families who have lived here for generations. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything fancy. It is a very hands-on type of environment. Sometimes the walls need a fresh coat of paint and the chairs are a bit old, but they work for what we need. We spend our mornings checking the mail and our afternoons dealing with whatever tasks come through the door. It isn't always exciting, and we don't try to pretend it is. We’re just people working with diamonds and jewelry in a local neighborhood. We don’t have a flashy website or a big advertising budget. We just rely on being here and doing our work. It’s a quiet kind of existence, tucked away in PALAM, and that is exactly how we like it.
