White Gold Creations Limited

We are based at 14/18, on the back side of Nangli Sakrawati in Najafgarh. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from this side of town, but it’s where we have our space. White Gold Creations Limited isn't a massive factory or a polished office. It’s just a practical building where we get our work done every day. Being on the back side of the plot means it’s a little quieter than the main road, which is nice when we need to focus. Najafgarh has a very different feel than central Delhi. It’s more spread out and feels a bit more like a village in some ways. We have a small team of local people who help us run things. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed at the moment. We spend our days managing production and dealing with the usual daily headaches that come with any business. Sometimes the road leading up to us is a bit rough, especially when it rains, but we manage. We don't have a marketing department to make us look perfect or shiny. We are just honest people trying to run a business. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a simple setup with basic furniture and a lot of hard work. We’ve been here for several years and we plan to stay for many more. It’s just our way of life.
