You will find us at Flat 497 on the ground floor of the Janta Flats in Dwarka. This is in Pocket B, Phase 2, right in Sector 16 B. We chose a ground floor spot because it’s just easier for everyone to get in and out. The flat isn't huge, but it is enough for our research company to function properly. We have set up several desks in the main living area and turned the other rooms into storage for our files and equipment. It’s a very basic setup. There are no expensive paintings or designer furniture here. We just have what we need to get our work done. Research can be quite a slow and steady process, so we spend a lot of time just sitting and thinking or typing. The neighborhood is a mix of families and other small businesses, so there is a nice community feel to the area. You can often hear children playing outside or people calling out to each other. It’s much better than being in a cold, lonely office tower. We don't have any big corporate policies or complicated hierarchies. We are just a few people working together on different research projects. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desks get a bit messy with all the papers. That is just how we work. It’s an honest and practical space for the kind of research we do every day.
