Rms Automation Systems Ltd is based out of C138 in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase I. Working in Naraina means you have to get used to the noise and the dust. It’s a real industrial hub, so there are always heavy vehicles and people moving parts around. Our unit at C138 is a solid building that has seen a lot of use over the years. We do our automation work here, which involves a lot of testing and system checks. The floors are concrete and the walls are plain, which is exactly how an industrial unit should be. We don't have fancy carpets or designer furniture. We have workbenches, tools, and a lot of wires. In the winter, it can get quite chilly inside the warehouse, so we all wear our heavy jackets while we work. In the summer, it’s the opposite, and we have the fans going full blast to keep the air moving. We’ve got a small kettle for tea, which is probably the most used piece of equipment in the whole place. We focus on getting the systems right, and that takes up most of our headspace during the day. It’s a tough, honest environment. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just a team working out of Phase I, making sure the automation systems are doing what they are supposed to do.
