Our small setup is located in Nasirpur, right in Flat 65 over at Pocket-6 in Dwarka Phase-1. It is a quiet residential area, so it doesn't really feel like a typical corporate building when you come by. We basically spend our time booking things and sorting out travel arrangements for people who call in. Working out of a flat makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a big glass office in the city center. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the morning checking dates and prices. New Delhi can be a loud place, but tucked away here in Dwarka, it stays pretty manageable. There’s always a kettle going for tea and we just get through the daily list of bookings one by one. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a few of us making sure that everything is entered correctly so nobody has trouble with their trips. We’ve been in this pocket of Nasirpur for a while now. Most people around here are just neighbors going about their lives, and we’re just doing the same with our work. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the phone calls and emails without too much distraction. Sometimes the internet slows down or the rain makes it hard to get out for lunch, but we make it work even on those slow days.
