We are set up at H.No.67B in Sai Baba Enclave, which is over in the Najafgarh part of New Delhi. It’s a busy area, as most people in Delhi know. Our building is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s easy to find once you get into the enclave. We deal with a lot of Reebok shoes and workout clothes. The space we have is mostly used for storing items and handling the day-to-day paperwork. It’s not one of those shiny malls you see downtown. It’s a real place where work actually happens. The walls are a plain color and we have shelves lining almost every bit of space. Najafgarh has a lot of energy, and we feel that every day. We get a mix of people coming by, some looking for a specific pair of running shoes and others just asking for directions. We try to be helpful to everyone. The summer heat in Delhi is no joke, so we have some coolers running to keep things from getting too stuffy. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who handle the shipments and the local customers. It’s a lot of manual work, moving crates and checking lists. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the city. We keep things moving and stay busy.
