Youth Apparels

We are situated in Katwaria Sarai, which is part of the Hauz Khas area. Our building is B-127 and we are directly opposite the Indian Bank. It is a busy little street and finding a place to park a scooter can be a real struggle sometimes. The shop is full of fabric, threads, and half-finished garments. Youth Apparels is what we call it, but mostly it is just a place where we sew and put things together. The light in here isn't always the best, so we have a few extra lamps around the workbenches. You can hear the bank customers chatting outside while we work. Hauz Khas has changed a lot over the years, becoming quite trendy, but our little corner in Katwaria Sarai still feels like a regular neighborhood. We have been here for a good while and know the other shopkeepers on the block. We don't do much advertising. People just see the clothes in the window or stop by because they live nearby. It is a lot of hard work, especially when we have a big order to finish. We often have tea delivered from the shop next door to keep us going through the afternoon. It is a simple life of measuring, cutting, and stitching. We just try to keep up with the work and make sure the machines are running smoothly.
