Our office is at Plot No- 14/1 in Dwarka Sector 16A. Being so close to the Dwarka Metro Station is really convenient for everyone. Redan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a big, fancy name, but we are actually just a small group of people working together in a modest room. We do a lot of technical work, mostly involving systems and data. The space is filled with desks, monitors, and way too many wires running along the floor. We try to keep it tidy, but when you are busy, things tend to get messy. There is a small pantry where we make coffee, which is basically what keeps us going through the day. We don't have a big lobby or a person to greet you at the door. You just come in and find someone. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the screens. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. The view out the window isn't much, just the street and the metro tracks, but it’s our little corner of Delhi. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs well and get home to our families. It’s a bit cramped when we all are in at once, but we make it work. It’s just a place where work gets done without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules.
