Rdm India Private Limited

We’re based out of Dwarka, in Sector 12, specifically Flat No.182 in Pocket 7. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a massive commercial hub. Rdm India Private Limited is really just a group of us working out of this space to get things done. We deal with various tasks throughout the week, and there’s always something that needs attention, whether it’s a report or an email that’s been sitting there for too long. We aren’t into fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just take it day by day. The office is small and usually smells like someone just made tea. Dwarka 110075 is a big place, but we’ve found our little niche here. Sometimes we work late when there's a deadline, and other times we might head out early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way of working that suits us. We don’t have a long history to brag about or a list of grand goals. We just focus on the current projects and making sure we don’t make too many mistakes. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and boxes in the corner, but we know where everything is. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We try to keep a calm atmosphere even when the workload gets a bit heavy. Being here feels right for us.
