Ravi Kiran Tractor

Our place is at 5, Csc Sfs Apartment in Hauz Khas, right along the Aurobindo Marg. It’s an interesting spot for a business like Ravi Kiran Tractor because Hauz Khas is usually known for other things, but we’ve been here for a while. We deal with tractors and the parts that go with them, which means there’s often grease on someone’s hands. The office isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. We have some chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their paperwork to get processed. Outside, the traffic on Aurobindo Marg is constant, so you can always hear the sound of cars and buses. We spend a lot of time talking to owners who need help keeping their machines running. It’s not the kind of work where you stay clean all day, but we don't mind. We have a small cupboard where we keep the tools and another for all the files. Sometimes we get people coming in just to ask for directions because of where we are located. We try to be helpful. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one wears a suit, and we don't have any big presentations. We just focus on the tractors and making sure everyone gets what they came for. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work somehow. The tea here is always hot, which helps on the long days.
