Our office sits in D-602 within the Palam Co-Op Group Housing Society. It is right there at Plot No.7 in Sec-5, Dwarka Phase-1. Being in a housing society means we see a lot of people coming and going every morning. It’s not your typical high-rise office park. Instead, it feels more like a part of the neighborhood where folks live and work. We started Rajiv Techno-Engineering (P) Ltd. because we knew the area and wanted to stay close to where things are happening. The rooms are filled with papers, old blueprints, and the sound of computers running. Sometimes the fans get a bit loud during the summer months, but we just keep at it. People stop by to ask directions or just to check on their projects. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us at our desks or talking about a drawing. The street outside can get a bit crowded with cars, especially near Sec-5, but it’s easy enough to find if you look for Plot 7. We have been here for a while now, so the local guards know us pretty well. There is a small tea stall not too far away that we frequent when the afternoon gets long. It is just a regular group of people doing technical work in a place that feels like home. Nothing flashy about it, just a lot of hours spent at D-602.
