Rajan Sweets Caterers

Our shop is Rajan Sweets Caterers. We are located at Shop No Wz/127 A in Sadh Nagar, right at Ram Chowk in the Palam Colony area. If you know the area, you know how busy Ram Chowk can get at almost any time of day. There is always someone honking or a rickshaw going by the front door. We have been here for a good while now. The shop is mostly just the counter and the big kitchen in the back where the fryers are kept. It gets really hot back there, especially in the summer months when the sun is out. We are usually busy making batches of sweets and getting things ready for people who have booked us for their local parties. We do a lot of catering work so there are always big containers being moved around the shop floor. It is a family-type vibe here. We don't have uniforms or anything like that, just our regular clothes and our aprons. We start early in the morning before the sun is even up to get the first batches done. The smell of sugar and ghee is pretty much stuck in our clothes by the end of the shift. It is a lot of hard work and we are usually on our feet all day long. People come in and out of the shop all day long since we are right on the corner. It is a loud, busy place but it is where we work.
