The basement stays cool in the summer, which is a big plus for all the servers and computers we keep running. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours. We’ve been working here under the Radshy name, focusing on various tech needs for our clients. The stairs going down are a bit narrow, and if you’re tall, you have to watch your head. Inside, it’s a lot of cables and monitors. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work; usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. The neighborhood is full of energy, with people constantly moving around Sant Nagar, but once you’re down in the office, it’s pretty quiet. We like that contrast. It helps us focus on the technical details without getting distracted. We don't have a big sales team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. It’s just a small group of us trying to make technology work for the people who ask us for help.
