We are over in Dwarka at 611 HIG Flats, Section 13, Pocket B. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s much quieter than central Delhi. Being in a flat means the layout is a bit like a home, which actually makes it feel quite comfortable for the staff. We use the different rooms for different tasks. The balcony overlooks the common area of the complex, and you can see people going about their business. It’s a bit of a walk from the metro station, but the rickshaws are always available. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything flashy. Most people wouldn't even know there is a company running out of here unless they were looking for the door number. We keep things very basic. There’s a table for meetings and a few workstations scattered around. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have some calendars pinned up to keep track of dates. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just work at a steady pace and try to get home before the evening rush becomes too much. Delhi summers are tough, so the AC is our best friend from April to September. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business without spending money on things we don’t need.
