Phoenix

Phoenix is basically just us working out of Navin Apartments in Dwarka. We are up in unit A-708, Plot-13 in Sector 5. It’s a quiet enough area for New Delhi standards. We started out here because it was convenient and the rent wasn’t as crazy as some other places. We do various things, mostly just managing what comes through the door. It’s funny because people hear the name Phoenix and expect some big glass building, but it’s just a regular apartment where we’ve set up our desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. The lift in this building is a bit slow sometimes, so we usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying much. There isn't much to say about why we do what we do, it's just work. We've been here for a bit now and know the neighbors pretty well. Sector 5 has a lot of little shops nearby so getting lunch is never really a problem. We keep things pretty simple here. No one wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting somewhere else. Most days it's just casual clothes and focusing on getting through the tasks we have scheduled. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work somehow. If you’re looking for a flashy office, this isn't it, but we get the job done right here at home.
