Our place is in Flat No. 13, up on the second floor of Radha Appartments. It’s 20-B in Krishna Nagar, right by Safdarjung Enclave. It feels a bit more like a home than a strict office since it’s in an apartment building, but it works for what we do. We have all our equipment files and some smaller stock items kept in the back rooms. Being on the second floor means we carry a lot of stuff up and down the stairs, which keeps us fit, I guess. The Enclave is a busy area, but our street stays relatively quiet compared to the main market. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day business of equipment supply. It’s not a big showroom with lights and displays. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of boxes. When someone calls, they usually speak to one of the three or four of us who are always here. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’re mostly focused on the technical side of the gear. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It’s an honest living. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the time, we’re just making sure the deliveries are scheduled right and the specs for the machinery are correct before anything leaves the door.
