Onlineres India Pvt Ltd is based out of Flat No.17 in the Dda Sfs Flat complex in Sector-11, Dwarka. Being in Pocket-1, it’s a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. Working out of a flat instead of a big office block gives the whole operation a more personal feel. We’ve converted the different rooms into working spaces. It’s a bit of a tight fit with all the computers and desks, but we make it work. The balcony is a nice place to stand for a few minutes when we need a break from the screens. We don't have any big signs outside, so most people in the building probably don't even know we’re here. It’s a very low-key setup. We handle everything online, so as long as our connection is stable, we are in business. The stairs up to the flat are a bit steep, which we all complain about from time to time. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us who have been working together for a while. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things organized. It’s an honest way to work, and being in Dwarka is quite pleasant compared to the more crowded parts of New Delhi. We don't need a lot of space or fancy furniture to do what we do. It’s just a regular flat where we get our work done every day without any extra fuss.
