Working out of an apartment building is different from a regular office block. It feels much more personal and quiet. Onkar Infotech is just a small setup we have in this flat. We use the main rooms for our desks and computers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We don't have a big sign on the door, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right flat. Dwarka is a nice part of Delhi, and Sector 7 has everything we need close by. We don't have any corporate slogans or big goals of taking over the industry. We just want to do our daily work and go home to our families. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, and we have to walk up to the fifth floor, which is a good workout at least. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, although it can get a bit dusty. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to get through. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep things quiet during the day so we don't bother anyone nearby.
