Ojpa Software Innovation Private Limited

Ojpa Software Innovation Private Limited is located in M.K. Apartment, which is in Sector 11 of Dwarka. We’re in Plot No 8B, specifically room B 53. It’s an apartment-style office, which is a pretty common way to do things here in South West Delhi. Working out of a residential complex has its own little quirks. You end up waiting for the lift with neighbors who are just going about their day, and the security guards at the gate know our names. Inside, we have converted the different rooms into our workspaces. It gets a bit tight with all the servers and the computer cables, but we have made it work for us. The view from the balcony isn’t anything to brag about, just other apartment blocks and the cars in the parking lot, but it is a good place to stand for a minute when your eyes get tired. We don’t have a big lobby or a glass-walled conference room for meetings. Most of our discussions happen in what used to be the living room. We spend most of our time debugging things or talking about new features we need to add. The kitchen area is mostly for making tea or heating up lunch. It feels very grounded and real. There are no corporate hierarchies or fancy titles here, just people trying to build stuff. Sector 11 is a nice enough pocket for us to be in for the long run.
