Nortecx Solutions Private Limited

Our office is over in Aya Nagar, in the Ghora Mohalla area. We are on the first floor of House Number 50, in Flat Number 7. It’s a residential-feeling spot but we’ve turned it into a workspace for Nortecx Solutions. South West Delhi is where most of us grew up. The stairs up to the flat are a bit steep. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and chairs. We don't have any big corporate art on the walls or anything. We do technical work, mostly fixing things and setting up systems for others. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we spend a lot of time near the fans. We aren't some big multinational. We are just a small team trying to make a living. Usually, we are busy with paperwork or fixing some software glitch that shouldn't be there. The neighborhood is okay, though the roads can be a bit of a mess after it rains. We share the floor with a few other families and small businesses. It’s a practical setup. We don't do fancy lunches, usually just something quick so we can get back to the screens. There is always a pile of cables in the corner that we need to sort out but never do. It’s just how it is. We stay late some nights when a project is due, but mostly we try to keep regular hours and do the work right.
