We operate out of the ground floor at D 18 in Sector 8, Dwarka. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs when we’re carrying stuff in. It’s a decent area in New Delhi, and it’s pretty easy for people to find us if they need to. The office is a bit small, but we’ve arranged the desks so everyone has their own corner. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. We have some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them and the printer is a bit temperamental sometimes. We don't spend money on expensive decor or art for the walls. We’d rather just have good lighting and a comfortable place to sit. Our work is pretty straightforward management stuff. We don't pretend it's more complicated than it is. We just try to stay on top of the daily tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Most of us have lived in Delhi for years, so we’re used to the heat and the busyness. We don’t have a formal dress code here. You’ll usually see us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. It’s a very relaxed environment, even when we have a lot to get through. We just get on with it and try to enjoy our lunch breaks when we can. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us.
