Nica Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd. is based on the ground floor of C-918 in Sector 7, Dwarka. Being right at Ramphal Chowk means there is never a dull moment. It’s one of the busiest spots in the area, so there’s a constant flow of people and cars right outside our door. The ground floor location is actually pretty convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs every time we need to step out. The office is a bit of a functional space. We have our workstations set up, and there’s usually a bit of a mess of cables and notebooks around, but that’s just the nature of what we do. It’s a bit noisy because of the chowk, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. Lunchtime is the best part because there are so many food stalls and little shops nearby to choose from. We often just grab something and bring it back to the desk. The team here is pretty tight-knit, and we mostly just talk shop or about what was on TV last night. We don't have any of those fancy lounge areas or ping pong tables you see in tech magazines. We just have our desks, some decent coffee, and a lot of work to get through. It’s a basic, no-nonsense setup that works for us. We like the convenience of the location and the energy of Dwarka.
