New Delhi Associates

We have been running New Delhi Associates out of Pankaj Arcade in Dwarka Sector 10 for a good while now. It is a busy spot near the Central Market, right by Pind Pedelluchi. Most days you will find us at the desk in G 1. We deal with people looking for flats or shops around here. It is a lot of talking on the phone and keeping track of who is selling what in Plot No 16 and the nearby blocks. The office is small but it works for what we do. People just walk in from the market sometimes to ask about rents. We know this part of Dwarka quite well because we spend all our time here. It is not fancy work, mostly just matching folks with a place that fits. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected, but that is how it goes in real estate. We try to keep things straightforward. No one wants a headache when they are moving. We see a lot of families coming through. The area has changed a lot since we started. More shops, more traffic. We just keep doing our thing every day. If you are around Sector 10, you probably know where the arcade is. It is easy to find. We are usually here until late evening. It is just us and a couple of desks. Nothing complicated. Just a local business trying to help people find a roof over their heads or a spot for their shop.
