Napiersoft Tech Private Limited

Our office for Napiersoft Tech is at House No 549, Khasra No. 146, on the ground floor. We’re right in the middle of Jugnu Singh Market, which is near Takiya Chowk. If you know the area, you know it’s always hopping with activity. There’s a lot of noise and energy right outside our door. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more focused so we can actually get our tech work done. It’s a ground-floor setup, which is convenient because we don’t have to climb a bunch of stairs every time we go out for a break. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We aren't some big firm from a glass tower; we’re just a bunch of guys and girls working in the market. Some days the traffic at Takiya Chowk is a total mess, and we all end up complaining about it while we wait for the computers to boot up. We don’t really follow a strict corporate handbook. We just have our tasks, we know what needs to be done, and we do it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other days we head out early if things are quiet. It’s a very human way of running things. We just like solving problems and being part of this neighborhood. We often share tea and talk about the local news before getting into our coding work.
