Mayank Real Estate

Mayank Real Estate is located over in Dwarka at Kothi No 11 in Sector 10. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We work out of one of the rooms in the kothi. It’s a nice change of pace compared to being in a crowded commercial hub. Sector 10 is fairly organized, and having the office at number 11 makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the right lane. We have a few desks set up and some shelves for all the folders we’ve collected over the years. The window looks out onto the street, so we see the neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing outside. It’s a pretty quiet spot most of the time, which helps when we have to focus on complicated property documents. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We aren't really into the flashy side of real estate. We just prefer to sit down and talk things through. Sometimes we have tea while we go over the listings. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We’ve been in Dwarka for a long time, so we know the sectors pretty well. It's just a regular local business doing what we know how to do. We don't have any grand plans, we just want to keep things running smoothly and stay on top of our daily work.
