You can find Maxima Motion & Controls Pvt Ltd. at B-97/4 in Phase I of the Naraina Industrial Area. It’s a crowded part of town, and parking is always a bit of a nightmare, but we’ve made this place our home. We deal with motors, drives, and various motion control systems. Our workshop is usually a bit of a mess with wires and components spread out on the benches, but that’s just how we work. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate entity. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy figuring out how to make things move. Most of our day is spent testing equipment or soldering boards. It’s a noisy environment with the sounds of Naraina coming through the windows, but we don't mind. We have a small team, and everyone knows their role. We drink a lot of coffee and tea while we discuss the technical problems of the day. It’s a simple life. We don't have a marketing team or any polished speeches. If someone calls, they usually talk directly to a technician. We just try to do right by the people who come to us for help with their machines. It’s steady, honest work and we like the challenge of getting a difficult system to behave. That’s what we do here. No fancy meetings, just a lot of technical work at our desks and benches.
