Maxima Motion & Control Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Naraina Industrial Area, specifically in Phase-I at B-97/4. It's an industrial neighborhood, so there are always trucks moving and machines humming nearby. Our space is functional and mostly filled with the gear we need for our day-to-day operations. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the layout of the area like the back of our hands. Working in an industrial zone means we don't have to worry about making a little noise or getting our hands dirty. The team here is small and we’ve all worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to get things done. We deal with motion and control stuff, which can be pretty technical, but we try to explain things simply when someone asks. The office part is just a few desks shoved into one side of the room. Most of the action happens out on the floor where we look at the hardware. Lunch usually happens at the little stalls down the road or we bring something from home. It isn’t a fancy place to visit, but it's where we get the actual work done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or free coffee. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families when the day is finally over.
