Matrix Technologies

Working out of Dwarka Central Market at G 4 is pretty fast-paced. Matrix Technologies is tucked in among a lot of other stores, so it stays busy from morning until late at night. I spend most of my time behind the counter answering questions about data plans or fixing broken ports. It’s a decent-sized shop for this market. I try to keep the latest accessories in stock because people in Dwarka like to have the newest stuff for their phones. Sometimes the shipments are late, and the walls look a bit bare, but that’s just how it goes. I have a couple of guys helping with the technical work because I can’t do it all myself anymore. We get a lot of students coming in from the nearby areas looking for cheap repairs. The market noise is constant, but you get used to the shouting and the music from the other shops. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. It’s a lot of repeat customers who trust us not to overcharge them. I spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get better prices on screens and batteries. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on. We keep the shop open seven days a week usually because that’s when people actually have time to come by and get things sorted out with their devices.
