Our place is over at Amin Farm on 2nd Avenue, right along Bandh Road. It’s in Village Chandanhulla, which is near the IIPM college area in Chattarpur. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the crowded parts of New Delhi. At Mandira Marketing Ltd., we have a fair amount of space because of the farm setting. It’s not a high-rise office building. Instead, we have a more spread-out setup where we handle all our marketing supplies and paperwork. The road outside can get a bit dusty, especially during the dry months, and the traffic near Chattarpur is always a challenge, but once you get inside the gate, it’s manageable. We have a small group of people working here. Some handle the phones, and others are busy in the back with the inventory. It’s a lot of practical daily tasks. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a corporate handbook. We just know what needs to be done each day and we get on with it. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the delivery trucks get lost trying to find Bandh Road, but we’ve gotten used to explaining the directions over the phone. There are trees around and it feels a bit more open than the city center. We keep our files in old cabinets and our desks are a bit cluttered with samples and notes. It’s a real working environment where things actually happen without much fuss or long meetings about nothing.
